- We aim to ship your order between 1-24 hours from time order is placed on weekdays. Purchases made from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening and Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. During our high volume periods, such as Christmas dispatch times may take a few business days to process.
- Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during our high volume periods dispatch times may vary.
- You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order has left us. This will include a tracking number.
- Please note certain bulky items, large dolls houses, fairy houses and orders weighing more than 3kg may incur additional shipping costs. The Fairy Shop will contact you with a freight quote for your approval prior to shipment. Please note that over sized items are clearly marked in the individual listing.
- Once your order leaves The Fairy Shop we are no longer liable for any delays, losses or additional charges.
- Once an item is marked as delivered we are not responsible for loss from door stop thieves, we advise you contact your local post office for proof of delivery.
- If you fail to pick up your order from your local post office and it is returned to us you will be liable for additional postage charges
- Please contact us if you have a rush order.
Rest of the World
We love to send our goods overseas, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a correct postage cost for you.
We do not send electrical or solar power items overseas.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, The Fairy Shop are no longer liable for any delays, losses or additional charges. This includes any additional charges placed by the customs of the country being imported into and enquiries regarding Australia Post.
Once an item is marked as delivered we are not responsible for loss from door stop thieves, we advise you contact your local post office for proof of delivery.
